How do we add a little spice around Axten Farms? We grow mustard! The mustard plant captures soil nutrients with deep taproots that improve soil aeration and water infiltration. It is a great food source for pollinators and has been known to reduce soil pathogens. Mustard is a source of nutrients and has anti-inflammatory properties.
