Red Fife

Red Fife is a heritage grain that was first registered in Canada in the 1840s. So many of our farming practices take us back to our roots, and so do some varieties we grow! When Red Fife is milled, it makes excellent flour for baking. We love the bread that it creates and use it in all of our baking. We hope you enjoy this healthy whole grain as much as we do.
