Khorasan is an ancient grain. We love to grow Khorasan because it produces a high-quality wheat with no large amounts of synthetic fertilizer needed. The uses of Khorasan are like that of our modern-day durum. When ground into flour, our Khorasan wheat can make delicious pasta! One of our family favourites 😊
