Buckwheat

Buckwheat is one of the most beautiful crops we grow, as it has white blossoms for many weeks.  These flowers attract insects and wildlife, and our buckwheat field buzzes with the sound of life.  Buckwheat is not a wheat, but is known as a pseudocereal because its seeds are used in many of the same ways as cereal grains.
