Camelina

Diversity is very important in our crop rotation, and camelina allows us to grow another unique crop in our rotation. Most of our customers use camelina to produce camelina oil, which is known for its healing properties and many uses. Because of its high omega-3 content and high-smoke point, it makes for a great cooking oil. We also sell camelina to other producers, as it can be grown as a fall-seeded cover crop to improve soil health!
